We maintain a commitment to continually improve and enhance our quality performance through our business management system, ensuring the quality policy and objectives established are compatible with the context and strategic direction of the Company.  This will be achieved through our objectives and targets which are created to ensure our intended outcomes are met.  This policy will be communicated to interested parties upon request.

Operations Director / Commercial Director Responsibilities

• Implement and adapt the quality policy as needed.
• Prioritize quality and ensure customer expectations are at a minimum met, if not exceeded.

Employees’ Duties and Consultation

• Employees are informed of their duties under this policy.
• Regular consultation with employees to integrate their feedback and improve quality practices.

Systematic Quality Management

We have implemented arrangements to support the effective implementation of this quality policy, and we commit to:

• Identify and assess risks and determine control measures.
• Set SMART objectives to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
• Ensure all employees understand and follow the necessary quality procedures.
• We regard ISO9001:2015 as setting a minimum compliance standard which we aim to exceed wherever possible, and we expect management to achieve their targets without compromising the quality in any way.
