Capabilities
We have 2 custom built multi-strand cut to length lines specifically designed to process pre-painted steel, laminated steel, galvanised steel and aluzinc.
Our lines have the ability to produce sheets from coil in widths from 150mm to 1500mm wide and from 50mm to 12,000mm long. As well as including the ability to apply protective strippable film to all our products in multiple specifications to suit your requirements for further processing. We produce at half the European tolerance on sheet length as standard and can adapt to your specific requirements on request. Our machines also have the capability to produce product “upside down” meaning we can supply your sheets, finish side down, reducing the need for turning sheets over for your own production, saving you time, money and risk of damaging products.
In addition, we have the ability to supply full or recoiled small coils, in full width or slit on a coil inside diameter of 500-610mm to meet your exact requirements meaning we can reduce any waste or overstock your bespoke requirement may cause.
All of this is backed up by our guillotine on site enabling us to cut even smaller blanks or strips to meet your custom requirements.

All of our production is backed up by our unrivalled pack splitting service, we hold a vast range of pre-cut sheets so whatever your requirement from 1 sheet and up, we can deliver.
Service
Our team works to ensure we remain able to deliver all our capabilities to our customers on a next day service, and if you are located close enough to our facility in West Bromwich, even same day, and we are available for any of our customers to collect from 6am every day.
Colour Matching
As we keep multiple products from multiple manufacturers, if you have a sample from a project and aren’t sure what origin the product comes from, our team of experts are more than happy to try to match to one of our many stock coils or sheets to enable you to service your customer requirements.
