Durable PVC laminate for controlled environments
A non-toxic 120 micron laminate which is easily cleanable and resistant to staining, mould and free from surface migrants. This makes it a fully foodsafe product which is tested and certified.
It also has a reverse suitable for bonding with most PU adhesives.
The product is most commonly used for composite panels used in coldstores, pharmaceutical cleanrooms, mortuaries and any areas that require a clean controlled environment.

Colorcoat Prisma® uses an optimised Galvalloy® metallic coating for ultimate corrosion resistance and cut edge protection, complemented with a robust and durable topcoat for easier handling and processing. This makes it unique in having 3 layers rather than the usual 2: primer: top coat: clear protective coat.
Colorcoat Prisma® is available in a greatly enhanced range of colours and effects and comes with the Confidex® Guarantee for up to 40 years and colour stability for up to 20 years for standard colours.

Colorcoat HPS200 Ultra® pre-finished steel provides exceptional performance and corrosion resistance for building envelope applications.

A leathergrain plastisol product suitable for roof and wall cladding systems where good performance is required at a competitive price. It is also used in a wide range of engineering and industrial applications as the plastisol paint allows ease of handling during manufacturing.
Colorcoat® LG comes with a performance guarantee of up to 25 years, including factory cut edges.

Cost effective interior polyester
Steel painted with 15 to 20 microns of bright white polyester. Suitable for internal and external application. Products are used in a number of construction related applications such as twin skin buildings, insulated gutters and composite panels.
All white liner products supplied by Benbow Steels are two coat systems which typically have superior corrosion resistance to one coated systems supplied by many of our competitors.
We stock material in 0.7mm gauge with widths in 1220 and 1500 wide.
Material can be supplied with or without strippable film.
Economic exterior cladding material
The product we would recommend and supply for agricultural applications is Colorcoat®PE 25 from Tata Steel. This is an economic product suitable for undemanding roof and wall applications particularly in non-aggressive environments. It has a smooth polyester paint finish and is available in colours Juniper Green, Slate Blue, Olive Green, Vandyke Brown, Goosewing Grey and Merlin Grey on a steel thickness of 0.5 and 0.7mm
- Smooth 25µm polyester coating.
- Galvanised substrate with Zinc or MagiZinc® metallic coating offering very good corrosion resistance.
- Available in the most popular cladding colours.
- High-performance reverse side backing coat specially formulated for use in construction applications.
